| OMNI-NET's key objectives are: | | - to identify and share best cluster practices
- to formulate a basic set of methodologies and disseminate it to other clusters
- to prepare a trans-regional network of clusters (metacluster) in order to identify and prepare strategic projects based on common needs for European cooperation on specific innovation themes
- to make policy recommendations to the EC and regional policy makers based on the project outcome
